I released the first edition of my 2019 rankings back in January before the Super Bowl was even played. Since then, a ton of guys have moved around in free agency, and now's it's suddenly April. That means the NFL draft is later this month, so it's time to get another update done ahead of that weekend. I've put some notes next to players who have switched teams and/or moved up due to free agency transactions. I've also noted a few guys who I'm high/low on versus the ECR as of this post.Let's get right into it, shall we?
