2015 Fantasy Football Rankings v2.0

It's been about six weeks since my last post, but I've actually been staying pretty busy while unemployed.  You would think I would have been blogging like crazy, but there isn't a lot to write about in June with respect to fantasy football.  Well, today is my last (business) day of unemployment.  So I thought it was a good time to update my rankings.  I start a new chapter of my professional career on Monday, but I'll try to still make time in the evenings/weekends to keep this blog going.  I know my 8 or 9 readers out there will greatly appreciate that!

Anyway, there are some HUGE names you won't see in my top-168 anymore.  Here's one for you: Stephen Gostkowski.  OK, so maybe it's not a huge name.  After all, he is a kicker.  But while he's one of the best fantasy kickers of all time, he's not on my big board.  You see, the Patriots have the dreaded Week 4 bye, and that means he's off limits for my fantasy squad.  There's no way I'm wasting a pick on a guy I know I'll be waiving after 3 weeks.

As for the other changes, I have notes next to guys who have moved around.  And I know I said in my last post that I'd move some defenses up a bit, but I lied.  I mean, I could see moving the Seahawks up slightly, but I highly doubt I'll draft a defense this year until the last 3 rounds of my draft.  I recommend the same.  Without further ado, here are the rankings!

Cheers,
Bart

1. Eddie Lacy
2. Jamaal Charles
3. Adrian Peterson: He returned to OTAs the first week in June. I think he'll be on a mission.
4. Marshawn Lynch
5. Le'Veon Bell
6. Arian Foster: Health is always a concern, but his upside in that offense moves him up for me.
7. Rob Gronkowski
8. DeMarco Murray
9. Matt Forte
10. LeSean McCoy: His workload with Buffalo is a question mark right now, so he's down a bit.
11. Jeremy Hill
12. CJ Anderson
13. Aaron Rodgers
14. Andrew Luck
15. Antonio Brown
16. Demaryius Thomas
17. Calvin Johnson
18. Jordy Nelson
19. Dez Bryant
20. Odell Beckham, Jr.
21. Julio Jones
22. Justin Forsett: Should be more involved in passing game in addition to being feature back.
23. Lamar Miller
24. Mark Ingram: I also felt like I needed to move Ingram up to this RB tier.
25. Carlos Hyde
26. AJ Green
27. Randall Cobb
28. Alshon Jeffery
29. Alfred Morris
30. Frank Gore: Moving the old man up. He should get decent workload in high powered O.
31. Melvin Gordon
32. Mike Evans
33. TY Hilton
34. Emmanuel Sanders: Even with Peyton, still moving down slightly with a new(ish) offense.
35. DeAndre Hopkins
36. Kelvin Benjamin
37. Jimmy Graham: Down a few spots. Just so hard to trust him outside of New Orleans.
38. Russell Wilson
39. Peyton Manning
40. Drew Brees
41. Jonathan Stewart
42. Latavius Murray
43. Andre Ellington
44. Jordan Matthews
45. Brandin Cooks
46. T.J. Yeldon: It feels wrong moving a Jag into the top-50, but should be #1 RB from Day 1.
47. Todd Gurley: And coming off an ACL injury, he might NOT be #1 RB from Day 1...
48. Julian Edelman
49. Brandon Marshall
50. Andre Johnson: Another old guy who is now a Colt and moving up my list.
51. Keenan Allen
52. Travis Kelce: Put him ahead of Olsen, but it's kind of a coin toss here.
53. Greg Olsen
54. DeSean Jackson
55. Sammy Watkins: Moved him down to this WR tier. I mean, who is his QB...?!?
56. Jeremy Maclin
57. CJ Spiller
58. Joique Bell: He falls even further, missing OTAs due to health issues.
59. LeGarrette Blount
60. Joseph Randle: Moved him WAY up. Of course this is assuming he is named the starter.
61. Cam Newton
62. Matt Ryan
63. Ben Roethlisberger: Moved Big Ben up to this QB tier. He belongs.
64. Tom Brady
65. Martellus Bennett
66. Martavis Bryant
67. Golden Tate
68. Tevin Coleman: Up a few spots, but this might not be high enough if he is the Falcon's starter.
69. Isaiah Crowell
70. Giovani Bernard: Moving Gio down even more. I believe in Jeremy Hill.
71. Roddy White: He and Steve Smith fall a couple of spots, but good value here for the old timers.
72. Steve Smith
73. Vincent Jackson: Swapped him and Michael Floyd in their WR tiers.
74. Amari Cooper
75. Ameer Abdullah: He climbs about 30 spots, but may keep trending up if Joique can't get healthy.
76. Rashad Jennings: Moving him and Doug Martin up to this RB tier.
77. Doug Martin
78. Allen Robinson: Apparently looking like a freak in OTAs. Yeah he's a Jag, but he moves up.
79. Kevin White: I also moved him up a bit. Should be clear #2 WR in Chicago.
80. Eric Decker
81. Jarvis Landry
82. Michael Floyd
83. Torrey Smith
84. Mike Wallace
85. Chris Ivory
86. Bishop Sankey: He fell down to this RB tier with workload question marks.
87. Ryan Mathews
88. Tre Mason
89. Devonta Freeman: Down a few spots with more buzz on the rookie Coleman.
90. Zach Ertz
91. Antonio Gates
92. Julius Thomas
93. Tony Romo: Shuffled up this QB tier quite a bit, but not making notes next to each guy.
94. Ryan Tannehill
95. Eli Manning
96. Philip Rivers
97. Matthew Stafford
98. Brandon LaFell
99. Charles Johnson
100. Nelson Agholor
101. Owen Daniels: Falls out of top-100, but I still think he's a top-10 fantasy TE this year.
102. David Cobb: Shonn Greene is out of Tennessee, so Cobb should be the big plodder now.
103. Fred Jackson: I was a bit too high on old man Fred (I think...).
104. Charles Sims
105. Darren McFadden: I essentially swapped him and Randle in the rankings.
106. Shane Vereen: I dropped him a bit too far in my last update. Should be 3rd down back.
107. Duke Johnson: Replaced West with Duke, but Cleveland could have a three-headed monster.
108. Larry Fitzgerald
109. Breshad Perriman: Down slightly to his WR tier. His drops are still a big issue.
110. Kenny Stills
111. Terrance Williams
112. Jordan Cameron: Moved him and Delanie up a bit, but I don't feel great about this TE tier.
113. Delanie Walker
114. Josh Hill: And added Josh Hill to the top-168. Brees has to throw to someone, right?
115. Dwayne Allen: He actually fell in my rankings to this TE tier.
116. Reggie Bush
117. DeAngelo Williams: A few of these RBs fell a bit in this update.
118. Andre Williams
119. Denard Robinson
120. Knile Davis
121. Alfred Blue: Remember what I said in the beginning about Foster's health...?
122. Victor Cruz
123. Anquan Boldin
124. Percy Harvin
125. Jay Cutler
126. Teddy Bridgewater: He climbs into this mini-QB tier with Cutler. Teddy has serious upside.
127. Doug Baldwin
128. Pierre Garcon
129. Kendall Wright
130. Brian Quick
131. John Brown
132. Dwayne Bowe
133. Jaelen Strong
134. Jason Witten
135. Kyle Rudolph
136. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins
137. David Johnson
138. Matt Jones: I'm probably too close to this situation, but the coaches in Washington like Jones.
139. Danny Woodhead
140. Darren Sproles
141. Joe Flacco: Moved him to the top of this last QB tier. He needs some WRs to step up though.
142. Colin Kaepernick
143. Carson Palmer: Added him to the top-168. He was doing really well last year until the injury.
144. QB Eagles: Not sure if this is Bradford or Sanchez, but the starting QB in Philly is relevant.
145. Seahawks DEFENSE
146. Texans DEFENSE
147. Bills DEFENSE
148. Rams DEFENSE
149. Cardinals DEFENSE
150. Patriots DEFENSE
151. Ravens DEFENSE
152. Dolphins DEFENSE
153. Jets DEFENSE: Moved the Bengals out due to Burfict's health and departures. Jets are in.
154. Panthers DEFENSE
155. Broncos DEFENSE
156. Eagles DEFENSE
157. Steven Hauschka
158. Justin Tucker
159. Cody Parkey
160. Adam Vinatieri
161. Mason Crosby
162. Connor Barth: Assuming he's Denver's kicker, he has to be up a few spots.
163. Matt Bryant
164. Dan Carpenter
165. Shaun Suisham
166. Randy Bullock
167. Dan Bailey: Down slightly. That Week 6 bye is on the early side...and he's a Cowboy.
